The Early Care & Education Manager provides leadership and oversight for early childhood programs, ensuring services are high-quality, well-managed, and aligned with all funding and regulatory requirements.
This role is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating programs while supervising and supporting assigned staff. The position plays a key role in strengthening early care systems and ensuring that children and families receive effective, compliant, and impactful services.
Salary: $65,000+ annually
