ASSESS: Take advantage of the WNC discount to conduct the on-line Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT), developed by TCC Group based on work with hundreds of nonprofits over more than a decade. Five to ten of your board and staff leaders will complete an on-line survey with questions about the operations of your nonprofit. You will then receive a report detailing your organization’s placement on the Nonprofit Lifecycle, plus information about your strengths and weaknesses in the Four Core Capacities and Organizational Culture, all essential to nonprofit success. For more information, please complete the brief form below (scroll down the page). Discounted cost for WNC nonprofits: $100-$250 based on budget size*.

AGREE: After you receive your CCAT report, apply for free Organization Coaching, and an experienced Pathways consultant can help your nonprofit’s leaders interpret the CCAT results and reach agreement about priorities for next steps to make the organization stronger.
