In this service, a qualified nonprofit consultant walks your organization through a process of analyzing your programs through both the financial lens and mission lens, so that you can make strategic business decisions about the future. Cost: $300-500, depending on your budget size.
*Note: Eligible WNC organizations have a budget over $100,000, two or more paid staff, an active board of directors, and have had their nonprofit status for at least two years.
