PIVOTPoint WNC, a community-focused nonprofit in Asheville, NC, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Donor & Public Relations to lead our donor engagement, fundraising, and public relations efforts. This is a full-time hybrid position with flexibility to work remotely, but candidates must have reliable transportation and be available for in-person meetings and events as needed.

Performance-Based Bonuses: Bonuses for new donors, corporate sponsors, and fundraising milestones, with Year 1 compensation capped at $120,000. Health Insurance: Full medical coverage with dental and vision options available. Year-End Bonus: At the organization’s discretion, based on overall performance.
