As the first community land trust in Western North Carolina, the Asheville-Buncombe Community Land Trust (ABCLT) utilizes a proven model to create lasting change in the community. At ABCLT, you will have the opportunity to build something from the ground up and work within a culture that prioritizes wellness not only within the organization, but also for our residents. As the Program and Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful implementation of ABCLT’s housing programs as well as ensuring that the organization is running effectively and efficiently. This position is based in Asheville, NC with some evenings and weekends as required to attend meetings and events.
