The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of New Beginnings Hickory and ensure that our mission and values are effectively implemented. This role requires a visionary leader who can navigate the complexities of addiction recovery while fostering an environment conducive to the growth and development of both residents and staff. New Beginnings Hickory offers a structured, safe, and supportive environment for men recovering from alcohol and drug abuse.
