Executive Director – New Beginnings Hickory

New Beginnings Hickory is seeking an Executive Director who is not only passionate about recovery and community service but also exhibits a professional humility and a genuine interest in continuous learning. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of New Beginnings Hickory and ensure that our mission and values are effectively implemented. This role requires a visionary leader who can navigate the complexities of addiction recovery while fostering an environment conducive to the growth and development of both residents and staff. New Beginnings Hickory offers a structured, safe, and supportive environment for men recovering from alcohol and drug abuse. Our approach integrates practical recovery solutions with a spiritual foundation based on the enduring principles of the Twelve Steps. We aim to promote hope, cultivate independence, and develop personal responsibility within our community. Our vision reaches beyond the individual, striving for a unified community free from the impact of substance abuse, and our mission is firmly rooted in empowering our residents towards a life of sustained sobriety.
