The Blue Ridge Free Dental Clinic is seeking a Dental Director for its well-regarded nonprofit free
dental clinic in the Western North Carolina mountains. Located in Cashiers, NC, the Blue Ridge Free
Dental Clinic’s mission is to deliver high-quality emergency, restorative, and preventative dental
care to people who cannot otherwise afford these critically needed services. We restore lives—one
tooth at a time. Being a part of our Clinic will allow for a direct impact into the lives of people that
need it most.
The Dental Director is responsible for administering, maintaining, and expanding a program of
emergency, restorative, and preventive dental care in a nonprofit, free dental clinic setting. The
Dental Director supervises up to 20 volunteer dentists and works with the support of the dental staff
of the Clinic, including a Clinical Director, Program Director, Staff Dentist, and Executive Director.
