Executive Director, OnTrack WNC

OnTrack WNC is seeking a visionary and collaborative leader to serve as its next Executive Director. This is an extraordinary opportunity to lead a respected organization with a 50-year history of providing free financial, credit, and housing counseling services to Western North Carolina. With a dedicated team, an experienced board, and a strong reputation for innovation and community responsiveness, the Executive Director will oversee all aspects of OnTrack WNC’s mission, culture, programs, and financial stability.

The Executive Director will work closely with the Board to craft and execute a strategic vision that ensures the organization continues to evolve, innovate, and expand its impact in response to community needs. This role requires a leader who is deeply committed to inclusivity, equity, and fostering meaningful community relationships.

Compensation & Benefits: Expected salary range of $85,000 – $100,000 commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications. Additional benefits include: • Medical, life, and disability insurance. • 14 paid holidays and personal time off. • 401(k) retirement plan contributions (currently 5% of annual salary after one year).
