Brief Description:
Region A Partnership for Children works to improve the quality of life for young children and families across western North Carolina by fostering healthy family systems, promoting inclusion, and building resilient communities.

The Director of Development is a full-time leadership role responsible for advancing the organization’s long-term financial sustainability. Working closely with the Executive Director, staff, and Board of Directors, this position will develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy focused on diversified revenue streams and expanded donor relationships.

This role offers flexibility, including regional travel to engage stakeholders, time in the organization’s office, and participation in both virtual and in-person meetings.

Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 annually (dependent on qualifications), plus benefits and mileage reimbursement

Benefits Include: Health insurance, retirement contributions, paid time off, paid holidays, and mileage reimbursement
