About the Role:
United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County (UWABC) is hiring a Senior Finance Manager to join their Finance & Operations team. This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, analytically driven, experienced with accounting systems, and enjoys coaching and process development.
As Senior Finance Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AR/AP, grants administration, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and grants standards. You’ll be a key player in maintaining financial integrity and supporting our strategic vision.

Compensation & Benefits:
