Mission Statement: At TLC, we inspire children to realize their true selves by nurturing curiosity, creativity, resilience, and a conscious connection to nature and community within a challenging academic environment.

Description of mission and primary service: We are in independent K – 8 school located on 40 acres in Swannanoa, NC. Our program delivers high academic rigor and achievement, Utilizes Orton Gillingham For a broad range of learning needs, Incorporates, art and music, social, emotional learning, and outdoor education. Eighth graders. Graduate with a clear sense of self, strong sense of responsibility and community, and a strong sense of maturity and accountability, ready to be successful in high school.
