Summary of your consulting practice and relevant experience:

I founded Chrysalis Consulting with Kate Pett. About four years into our work we were asked to become the co-directors of the Asheville City Schools Foundation. I left the Foundation to work as the lead for a regional public health project funded by the Center’s for Disease Control and Prevention. At the completion of that funding, I was recruited to join the team at Rural Support Partners. I am currently a consultant working with Rural Support Partners to support Kate B. Reynold’s Healthy Places work in the West. I am adept at executive coaching, community-based participatory research, large and small group facilitation, strategic planning and process development, change theory development, program and project evaluation, change management, and communications.
