Lauren Rayburn is a design strategist, facilitator, and researcher. After more than a decade of serving as an environmental planner for the federal government, she now uses her background in ecological-systems thinking, public engagement, and research to co-design organizational strategic plans, program plans, and impact evaluation efforts with clients. Lauren specializes in using participatory techniques to center the voices of those whom programs and services are designed to serve. This ensures that strategic goals, priorities, and outcomes align with what matters most to stakeholders.
