Summary of your consulting practice and relevant experience:

Lauren Rayburn specializes in evaluation design, strategic planning, and team building for grassroots groups, small nonprofits, and their funders.  Using inclusive and participatory processes, she partners with organizations to co-design programs and culture strategies to align everyday work with what drives meaningful impact in the communities served.

After more than a decade working as an environmental planner, she now uses her background in whole-systems thinking and public engagement to ground strategy and measurement. She specializes in using facilitation techniques that center the voices and experiences of the people whom programs and services are designed to serve.  This ensures that evaluation measures, strategic goals & priorities, and everyday actions align with what matters most to those who sit at the center of the work.
