We co-facilitated the workshop "Survey Results - Analysis: Activities to Strengthen the Community". The goal of this participatory research was to create an action plan to build strong relationships of trust to resist displacement and gentrification, and create a sense of community across generations oand racial identieis. To this end existing needs and resources related to physical health, basic health, cultural activities, and educational activities were analyzed/prioritized.

Leadership Development for their annual "Train the Trainers" workshop. Facilitated the "Research-Education-Action" module. Train the leaders on basic skill on research in the workplace, training/formation and direct action advocacy. At the end of the workshop, committes of "Researchers-Educators-Organizers" were formed.
