Summary of your consulting practice and relevant experience:

After working 13 years as Founder and Executive Director of Hands On! Children’s Museum, Heather Boeke now shares her non-profit knowledge and creativity with others through Spark Services. While offering some consulting services, Heather mostly enjoys working alongside staff of non-profit organizations and small businesses on a contract basis to coach and assist with projects such as creating efficient systems, finding creative ways to identify the culture and mission of organizations to bring to the forefront of operations for staff and clients, teaching staff how to utilize Quickbooks Online and assisting with fundraising by organizing special events, editing grant proposals or assisting with donor acknowledgment and development work.

“I know first-hand how devoted non-profit employees are trying to manage tasks that are often not in the realm of their job or a strength. I enjoy using my strengths of organizing, creative thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail to assist in various ways. I am excited to continue combining my business mind with my creative side in various venues to help with special projects.”
