About HIGHTS:
HIGHTS is a nonprofit organization empowering vulnerable youth and families across Western North Carolina. Through experiential learning, job training, community service, and goal-focused support, we help youth build confidence, connect with a caring community, and find hope for the future.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a compassionate, licensed (or license-eligible) Therapist to work with middle and high school youth. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact in a flexible, innovative environment. HIGHTS offers full licensure supervision at no cost and the chance to earn a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) credential, fully funded.

Key Qualifications:

Licensed or license-eligible Therapist (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, etc.)
Experience in adolescent mental health strongly preferred
Passion for supporting youth and families through trauma-informed care
