Position Overview
Bountiful Cities is seeking a Director of Development and Engagement to lead fundraising, donor relations, and community engagement for our Asheville-based food security nonprofit. This leadership role will develop and execute fundraising strategies, grow individual giving and corporate sponsorships, oversee donor stewardship and grant development, and strengthen organizational visibility through communications, storytelling, and community partnerships. The ideal candidate has experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, grant writing, communications, and relationship building, along with strong project management and organizational skills.
Compensation& Benefits: This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Asheville, NC, starting at $50,000 annually with PTO and a medical stipend.
