Position Overview
North Carolina Stage Company (NC Stage), Asheville’s professional non-profit theatre, is seeking a Development and Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role for an organization marking its 25th anniversary season, with an opportunity to build contributed revenue infrastructure and shape audience engagement. This position is roughly 60/40 development and marketing. Development responsibilities focus on managing current donor portfolios and fundraising activities, as well as developing new fundraising initiatives. Marketing responsibilities focus on strategy, brand oversight, and partnership management with an outside marketing firm. Compensation& Benefits: Salary – $40,000 annually.
