Position Overview
R2S, the region’s only Black-led literacy organization, is hiring a Director of Development to lead our fundraising strategy — grants, donor and sponsor relationships, and campaigns. You’ll own the full development portfolio, from prospect research through stewardship, building the systems that grow our funding base for years to come. We’re looking for a confident grant writer and relationship-builder with a track record in nonprofit fundraising and experience managing a full grant lifecycle.
Compensation& Benefits: Salary – $70,000 plus benefits.
