Position Overview
Together with the Facilities Manager, the Groundskeeper is responsible for the routine maintenance of property owned by Southern Dharma Retreat Center, as well as the Center’s buildings and infrastructure, and vehicles.
Compensation& Benefits: This is a full time (30 hours/week) hourly position that includes on-site room and board, paid leave, health, vision and dental insurance and support for retreat attendance. The hourly rate is $18/hr. Southern Dharma’s retreat season goes from March-early January and staff go on winter respite typically starting early January thru end of February. Insurance benefits continue during this time off.
