Getting to the Core: Managing Your Organization’s Finances in Uncertain Times
Nonprofits across WNC are facing increased financial instability due to Hurricane Helene, funding freezes, and broader shifts in the funding landscape. Organizations are reporting uncertainty about their long-term sustainability, increased operational strain, and a need for guidance in making responsible financial and strategic decisions in this environment.
WNC Nonprofit Pathways is offering this virtual session for organizations based in and serving WNC to help assess risks and identify opportunities related to financial sustainability and organizational future.
Wade Rogers, CPA, will guide participants through key concepts in financial risk assessment, including how to analyze and identify organizational needs. Greg Walker Wilson will then help translate that analysis into actionable contingency strategies, such as collaboration, consolidation, or merger considerations.
Participants will receive practical tools and resources, with limited, needs-based follow-up support available.
