This will be a half-day of learning and networking. Differentiate your nonprofit from the rest with Nonprofit Human Resource experts Karl Pierre Louis, Nicole Norian, SPHR, and Sarah Fletcher Daniels, MPA. Cultivate a desirable work culture that attracts and retains top talent. Bring your laptop. There will be an opportunity to review existing policies and procedures and/or create new ones. You will learn to apply transformative techniques that celebrate differences and incorporate alternative incentives supported by emerging human resource practices. Learn how to optimize nonprofit leaders’ capacity, utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to demystify & create accountability measures, all in a single workday.
Lunch will be served from 12-12:30 followed by three work sessions focused on culture, hiring & retention, creating policies and accountability utilizing AI technology. Bring a team from your organization for the best learning and impact.
Cost: $30 for individual, $25 for each additional team member; maximum of 5 members per organization.
