Summary of your consulting practice and relevant experience:

Context matters is a woman owned consulting firm that uses data to create human-centered efficiency for profitable and productive workplaces.

We bring a distinctly data and evidence-based approach to our work. We believe that data, evidence, and information are the core of successful and sustainable organizational strategy

We specialize in building
(1) (data-based) blueprints for workplace efficiency,
(2) metrics that center both people and productivity, and
(3) sustainable evaluation strategies.

Amanda has over 10 years of experience in measuring things that are hard to measure, (e.g. impact, perceptions, and learning in public organizations). She has a PhD in Education Policy with over 10 years of applied social science research experience. Because she learned that using data is as much about the people using it as the data itself, she is coaching certified, with an emphasis on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

We approach data from the perspective that there are multiple lenses that we can use and leverage to understand your organization, its strategy, and the experiences of your employees, leaders, and clients.
