Position Overview
The Medical Loan Closet is seeking a part-time (up to 30 hrs.) Executive Director (ED) to champion our mission of providing affordable durable medical equipment to neighbors navigating recovery and illness. The ED would oversee daily operations, spearhead fundraising, partner with the Board to execute the Strategic plans, oversee financial goals and budget, and provide leadership/scheduling to the volunteers. The ED would serve as the primary face of the Loan Closet across Henderson County and Western NC. Assist the Board in ongoing recruitment of new members and drafting of compliant core policies. We are highly flexible, 30 hr. work week, (open Tues and Fri. 12:30-4:30 to the public) designed to respect work-life balance.

Compensation& Benefits: Salary range $27,000 to $36,000 annually.
