Executive and Resource Administrator, PATH

The Executive and Resource Administrator is broadly responsible for PATH’s fund development, including donor and funder cultivation and stewardship; funder relationship management; annual fundraising plans; prospect and landscape research; close coordination with programmatic staff in crafting and submitting funding proposals for both private foundations and public agencies; and developing accurate and timely reports. The position is responsible for most Human Resources coordination, including benefits management. The position will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and other leadership team members. The position will also support some aspects of financial management and bookkeeping.
