This is a non-exempt position reporting to the Development Director. Primary responsibilities will include donor database management, gift processing, and assistance with event management. This position will also perform some marketing duties, including social media postings and enewsletter production.
The qualified candidate must hold at least an Associate’s degree or two years in a related position. Requirements include: experience with a database software, preferably DonorPerfect; proficiency with Word (including merged documents), Excel, and Constant Contact; the ability to create attractive, impactful graphics, and exceptional written communication skills. Base rate is $16.55-$19.11/hour, based on incentives for up to 10 years relevant experience and/or having the CFRE credential. Support is available for those interested in seeking the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential.
