PLS seeks an experienced consultant to support and facilitate a Board owned strategic planning process to clearly reflect a shared board and staff vision of the organization’s priorities, goals, scope of services, regional impact and long-term sustainability. PLS’ current strategic plan was developed in 2018 when the organization was less than 70 employees and providing services in a smaller geographic area in WNC. We had originally hoped to begin this process in 2021 but the COVID-19 pandemic caused a delay. The organization is committed to a comprehensive and inclusive process that results in a cohesive strategy to achieve our mission, maximize our impact and prioritize limited resources across WNC.
