MANNA FoodBank is currently seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Outreach Coordinator – Western Zone (Cherokee, Graham, Swain, Clay, Macon, & Jackson counties).
The ideal candidate for this role will reside in and be an active community member of one of these western counties.

MANNA’s operations involve procuring, warehousing, and distributing food to over 220 partner agencies in a 2.5-hour radius of the central facility in Asheville – 16.4 million pounds in 2016. Our partner agencies include food pantries, soup kitchens, homeless shelters and other emergency providers who are in direct contact with the more than 107,000 people who receive service each year through this network of support. In addition, MANNA has a team of FNS (food stamp) outreach workers who assist people with access to cash benefits to supplement their food budget.

The Western Zone Outreach Coordinator (WOC) works in and provides Agency Relations & FNS Outreach services throughout the western counties of Cherokee, Graham, Swain, Clay, Macon, and Jackson.
