FTE position responsible for overseeing day-to-day program operations for non-profit agency located in Hendersonville, NC. Master’s degree in behavioral health coupled with relevant experience serving behavioral health and homeless populations. Clinical licensure preferred.
Must demonstrate knowledge of: best practices in the treatment and recovery of behavioral health and homeless populations, and accreditation and licensure systems and requirements relevant to the agency. Ideal candidates will work well within a team environment and have 5 or more years of supervisory experience. The Operations Director works closely with the Executive Director, management team, board members, and volunteers.
Must be a strong problem-solver and detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills, proficient technology and computer skills, a valid driver’s license with 5-year clear driving record are required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
