Green Built Alliance, an Asheville-area nonprofit dedicated to advancing sustainability in the built environment, is seeking an experienced building-science professional to manage our residential certification system and provide technical expertise with other programs.

The ideal candidate will be a leader in sustainability, green building and renewable energy who has experience creating, managing, and assessing projects and programs that move toward a 100-percent clean-energy future. The Green Building Program Manager will work closely with the Executive and Associate Directors, as well as program staff, to support our nonprofit’s mission of advancing green building, sustainable living and climate justice.

Green Built Alliance is committed to a regular review of staff compensation with opportunities for merit and cost-of-living adjustments annually. The organization also provides a generous benefits package including paid time off, a healthcare stipend, a cell phone stipend, and retirement contributions. Stipends and contributions equal approximately $5,950, for a total compensation package of $55,950.
