The Finance and Operations Director oversees financial and operational aspects of the agency including all finance functions, payroll, benefits, personnel records, insurance, and coordinates IT, phones, and facility management. Must be organized and detail oriented. Able to communicate effectively with staff, Board, community partners, and vendors.
Requires Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting, or related field. Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Significant knowledge and experience working with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. Prior experience working in nonprofit sector and administering public sector grants and contracts, desired.
