MANNA FoodBank is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Engagement Manager to manage, nurture, cultivate, and grow our corporate engagement with local businesses, corporations, national partners through our umbrella organization, Feeding America, corporate volunteer groups and area United Way organizations.

The Corporate Engagement Manager is a newly created position and will be a very important, dynamic role within our strong MANNA FoodBank Development team. This position has primary responsibility for building and strengthening relationships with existing corporate supporters and for growing our corporate donor base.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, articulate self-starter with an excellent track record in building positive relationships and growing engagement with corporate partners. The individual in this role will be responsible for a significant portion of our $ 3.8+ million fundraising goal.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will be a consummate team player that coordinates interrelated responsibilities well with other team members who have shared priorities around our common goals. A person who thrives in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Position Summary:

The Manager of Corporate Engagement will be responsible for deepening engagement and recognition for our very large portfolio of existing supporters while actively pursuing new and emerging opportunities across Western North Carolina and beyond.

This role will be responsible for growing our Sweet Dreams/Full Plates campaign that engages over 40 local hotels, our Hops for Hunger campaign that engages 25+ local craft beverage establishments, our local cause marketing campaigns, as well as national accounts including but not limited to Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley Darden Corporation and many other important partners.
