The Communications and Development Director will work to increase awareness of and build financial support for Smart Start Partnership for Children. This newly developed position will support and advance the SSPFC brand, inspire supporters, engage constituents and assist in achieving SSPFC’s strategic and development goals. This individual will be positive, entrepreneurial and collaborative as a member of a small staff who interacts regularly with leaders, families and volunteers. The responsibilities include planning, developing, managing, implementing and growing a comprehensive fundraising and marketing effort to support SSPFC’s mission. The Communications and Development Director will execute SSPFC’s marketing, communications and public relations activities ensuring they are integrated and supportive of the SSPFC mission, fundraising efforts and programs. The successful candidate will be a self-starting, results-driven professional who is excited by the SSPFC mission.
