The Benefits and Support Services Manager will manage and supervise all aspects of MANNA FoodBank’s Benefit and Support Services Program, providing services directly to people in need via MANNA’s call center, in-field outreach and other outreach channels to enroll individuals and families in public benefits, including SNAP/food stamps and other federal nutrition programs; support those MANNA serves with referrals to emergency food providers and other human service organizations, including housing, transportation, education, and job training services. The position will manage all aspects of the program, including innovation, development, implementation and evaluation, as well as the work with partners at the local, regional, state and federal level. This position is responsible for supervising and training all staff and volunteers assigned to the Benefits and Support Services Program.
